ZealiD is a Trust Service Provider under eIDAS regulation. This repository contains the documentation required by applicable eIDAS requirements and ETSI standards.
ZealiD TRA Service is performing remote unattended identity proofing using hybrid manual and automated operation.
On 2024 September 8th ZealiD will have a planned downtime starting 7 AM Swedish time and ending 2 PM. During this period there will be an extended production outage of all services.
Incidents
2023-04-13
ZealiD has been made aware that certificates issued to Subscribers with UK passports had not been issued according to ZealiD QeID Certificate Practice Statement (CPS).
The certificates include Natural Person Identifiers that begin with PASUK, however, following ETSI EN 319 412-1 5.1.3, the Natural Person Identifier semantics shall meet ISO 3166-1 [2] and begin with PASGB.
All active certificates issued until 2023-04-13 for UK Passport holders have been revoked as of 2023-04-13.
2023-04-26
ZealiD QeID Service has experienced an outage from 05:01 AM UTC until 05:32 AM UTC.
During that period ZealiD QeID Service was unavailable for signing, logging in and signature validation.
2023-11-10
ZealiD QeID and TRA services experienced an outage over the night between 11-09 and 11-10.
Personal data was not affected.
